L'OMBRA DELLA LEGNAIA (THE WOODSHED SHADE) - Trailer

I'm an Italian award winner director and script writer.

I have worked as freelance filmmaker for national and international production companies like: PUMA, FIAT, ALFA ROMEO, LANCIA, EUROPASSISTANCE, TECNO, TENARIS, CARLSON WAGONLIT, LIQUIGAS, ATARI, POTTERY BARN, POLIFORM, RIMADESIO, JESSE, CIOCCOLATITALIANI and TENACTA.

I work as freelance filmmakers for the web televisions Milanodabere.it, GameTribes.tv, the Berlin-based Tiva.tv and the Italian production company Officina della Comunicazione, for which I've also worked as production assistant for the film Antonio Ligabue – Realtà e Fiction directed by Salvatore Nocita and co-produced with RAI Trade. The film has been presented at the International Rome Film Festival 2009.

My promotional short film Brescia’s Numbers won a Special Mention at the FilmLabFestival 2009 (ITA).

My commercial Lo sanno anche i bambini, made for the FIAT-UCIF-BimbiSicuramente contest won the 1st Big Zooppa Award.

My short film, The Woodshed Shade, presented at the Cannes Short Film Corner 2008, won the Best Short Film – International Award at the Short Film Festival of India 2009 (INDIA) and a Silver Remi Award at 42nd Annual Houston WorldFest International Film & Video Festival 2009 (USA).

My short film Syntony, presented at the Cannes Short Film Corner 2007, received a Bronze Remi Award forCreative Excellenceat the40th Annual Houston WorldFest International Film & Video Festival 2007 (USA), the Runner Up Placement Award – Best Dance Film at the Los Angeles International Fest of Cinema and Technology Tour 2008 (USA), the Best Directing – Critics Awardat the Albisola Corto Festival 2007 (Italy), a 2nd Jury Award at the Earth Spirit & Love Film Festival 2008 (USA) and has been officially selected by the Romance in a Can Film Competition 2008 (Miami, USA), by the Short Film Festival of India 2008 (India), and by the Babelgum Online Film Festival 2008.

Besides creating audiovisual products, I write scripts for short and feature films, commercials, documentaries and cross-platform fiction series.
My feature film script MUREX has been optioned by Los Angeles-based ThunderBall Films LLC and is now under development.

My last short film, The Quester, has been presented at the Cannes Short Film Corner 2009 and shortlisted at the Europe Cristal Festival 2009 (France).
